A school bus driver, identified as Miles Jenkins, 77, has been allegedly caught assaulting a middle school student on board his bus in Louisiana.
The incident was captured by fellow students on the bus.
Photos of the incident were shared on the New York Post X handle on Saturday.
The driver could be seen choking, slapping, and pushing the student before driving them.
Jenkins was, however, charged with a simple battery.
The post read, “A school bus driver has been sentenced after allegedly assaulting a young boy during an apparent dispute outside of Marrero Middle School before driving the students.”
