The Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos today – Wednesday, 15th day of November 2023 dismissed the appeal of Labour Party/Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour and PDP/Jandor for incompetency and lack of merit.
Thereby, affirmed the judgement of Tribunal returning Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and Kadri Obafemi Hamzat as the authentic Governor and Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
