As the government is working assiduously to curb the spread of the coronavirus in the country, a member of Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Gbolahan Yishawu has hailed all frontliners, especially health workers, who have been on the forefront to fight the deadly virus.
It would be recalled that Lagos State Government so far has discharged a total number of 623 patients who have fully recovered from the coronavirus.
The lawmaker, who is representing Eti-Osa constituency 02 appreciated the health workers for their unrelenting support with both the federal and State governmenta.
Yishawu, who is the Chairman House Committee on Budget and Economic Planning extend his appreciation to the health workers in Lagos, most especially the ones treating COVID-19 patients.
He said looking at the number of patients discharged so far in Lagos State, it is worthy to greet the people that are making this happen.
“To all our frontliners, we say thank you for being on the frontline of the fight against COVID-19. We appreciate you all”, he added.
